Jeanne spent seven years with REDKEN as a salon educator of their products and styling techniques. Her position for REDKEN is better known as Regional Performing Artist (RPA). Her responsibilities in that position included being trained by the top professionals in the field to then train hair stylists in the salon; Jeanne traveled the state of Oklahoma to train fellow stylists in a variety of techniques, product knowledge, the theory of color and hair coloring, and styling.

The latest training she took herself in 2009 was a REDKEN hands on color class with Francisco Villa from Corpus Christi, Texas, where she learned even more about the newest REDKEN colors and techniques. She took that training together with Chelsey, also at Rejuvenation. They also attended a Wella color class in the salon to update on color background as well.
