Jeanne has in recent years relocated back to her home state of Nebraska for family reasons. With her return she brings her 'passion' for this art form of hair and salon needs. Having resided in locations such as Lincoln, Nebraska, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, she brings years of being an educator and behind the chair experience along with her heartfelt passion. This is all to the benefit of you as you receive the ultimate in your hair care and salon needs.
Jeanne having been licensed for 30 years also managed salons for 20 years, such as: Hair by Stewarts, Hair Express and REGIS Salons. She is licensed both in Nebraska and Oklahoma.
She spent seven years with REDKEN as a salon educator of their products and styling techniques. Her position for REDKEN is better known as Regional Performing Artist (RPA). These duties included being trained by the top professionals in the field to then train hair stylists in the salon; Jeanne traveled the state of Oklahoma to train fellow stylists in a variety of techniques, product knowledge, the theory of color and hair coloring, and styling. She also worked in the backroom of Spring and Fall Shows, prepping models for hair coloring, the newest haircuts, and for stage presentations. Many times, her work appeared on the stage with National Performing Artists.
Jeanne takes education to heart and believes this is a very important part of her career. Having attended various education events in her 30 years being in the cosmetology field, she has attended the REDKEN exchange on 5th Avenue NYC. This week long training included a variety of coloring techniques as well as advanced haircutting. Additionally, Jeanne has attended the REDKEN symposium in Las Vegas for six consecutive years.
Other valuable experience and qualifications of Jeanne's background are:
- trained with Tony and Guy, haircutting techniques;
- certified CHI hair straightening specialist;
- attended many management and motivational skills workshops;
- worked for one of the top Salon and Spas before becoming a business owner in Tulsa, Oklahoma;
- certified in Eyelash Extensions, another avenue for a full salon beauty; Jeanne is the only certified NOVALASH technician in Grand Island, being one of five in Nebraska;
- licensed in Nebraska to apply permanent makeup and attending classes in Dallas, Texas, with Premier Pigments,
- recently trained with Phillip Wilson, the world renowned Global Creative Director of FHI and formerly Artistic Consultant for Redken.
On the fun side, Jeanne is doing things like sponsoring a local volleyball team - the Dominators. Match days are marked in the 
calender. Sports is one big thing for her. She's not only a die hard Huskers fan, she also actively works out on a regular basis.
Having lost her mother to the battle with cancer, she is a proud supporter of 'Locks of Love'. This is a place that takes your won locks out of love to donate to children who are fighting the disease. They then make them wigs out of your donated hair. You must have 10 inches of hair to donate. Jeanne herself donated 10 inches in memory of her mother on her birthday. Every year on her mother's birthday (February 10th) all proceeds for that day go to fight cancer.
